The Beaston team has built solid relationships with County and City Building Departments. Although we can not predict exactly how your project will be received by any individual building department, we have worked through this process with a large variety of different projects; from commercial applications to new custom homes and remodels.
BC will provide you with accurate job bidding and project cost breakdowns. This estimate is very detailed and easy to read. You the customer will be able to see the costs involved in all areas of the construction process. This detailed schedule will keep you up-to-date as we progress through your job. This is a tool that we like to use in are scheduled client meetings. We have found many of our new clients are surprised to be offered this as a service. At BACH we believe this should be a standard in both Commercial and Residential construction, no matter how big or small your project may be! Mile stones are one of our clients’ favorite aspects of the “job schedule” because it tells them when key decisions need to be made. This will help eliminate those unexpected tough decisions that need to be addressed throughout the building process. The key to efficiency is to avoid any unnecessary delays.

In keeping with our desire to have the highest quality customer satisfaction as possible, BC has implemented an operations coordinator position. Our Operation’s Coordinator’s goal is to develop a personal relationship with each client. They will work one on one with you to serve as a liaison between the client and the office. This allows the client to request information which may be helpful or ask questions regarding their project.
The cornerstone of any project is Consistent Solid Project Management. We believe the best way to ensure a well run jobsite is to be organized and thorough. This means the BC team needs to stay ahead of the game. Good communication with our selected sub contractors, employees, suppliers and clients is critical. The rest is are secret, but our reputation speaks for itself.
